This is the StarCraft II BYOC (bring your own computer) tournament of Assembly Winter 2015.
To participate, you will need a computer place ticket, which can be bought at the Assembly online shop.

The sign-up will open two weeks before the event, on Friday January 16. Update: Sign-up is now OPEN.

Prizes

A total prize pool of €200.

90 € + slot to the SC2 Pro tournament
60 € + slot to the SC2 Pro tournament

Notice, the prize money and distribution will change if the attending player count in the tournament is less than 8 as follows:

5-7 players: prize pool €100 with top3 paid, prize distribution 1. 50€, 2. 30€, 3. 20€
3-4 players: prize pool €50 with top2 paid, prize distribution 1. 30€, 2. 20€
1-2 players: prize pool €0 but top2 still get the spots to the SC2 Pro tournament

Format

WCS style group stage followed by single elimination playoffs. Matches are bo3 except for the final which is bo5.

If there are less than 6 participants, the whole tournament is played with a double elimination bracket. All matches bo5 except for the final. No advantage for the upper bracket player in the grand final.
