This year's Counter-Strike: Global Offensive tournament will be sponsored by AMD and Logitech. AMD CS:GO Challenge gathers eight teams to compete for a 10 000 dollar prize pool. The tournament will be three days long, played on 30.7.-1.8.2015. The finale will be played on saturday at 21:00 and broadcasted on Finnish national television. Another tough battle between Scandinavian teams is expected, as the last two winners have been a Danish and a Swedish team.
Six teams will be chosen by invite, which can be applied for until 18:00 4.7.2015. The last two teams will be chosen by qualification, which will be held at 18:00 8.7.2015. The AMD CS:GO Challenge will be streamed live on Yle Areena. An on-site international stream will not be held this time.

Structure
The teams will first play against each other in double elimination format, after which the winner will be chosen in playoffs, played in single elimination format. In the double elimination phase 8 teams will be divided into two brackets. The two best teams of each bracket will continue to the single elimination phase. The double elimination games will be played best -of-one (Bo1) and the single elimination games best-of-three (Bo3).
Participation
Teams can participate in the tournament by either direct invite or through an online qualification tournament. To receive an invite teams must fill out the application form.
Teams will primarily come to the tournament through an invite, the application form for which you'll find here. The deadline for applications is on July 4th at 18:00, invites sent past the deadline will not be considered.
The qualifications will be held on July 8th at 18:00, you can find more detailed information from the tournament site.
The signups for the qualifications begin on July 5th at 18:00.
There is no participation fee for the tournament. Each team will receive six wristbands for their use, which will grant access to both the tournament area and the players' lounge.
